Petoskey Rotary Noon Club NEWSLETTER

January 16, 2019

Andre Strydom, (our substitute piano player for a while), led us in America the Beautiful

Four Way Test:  Liz Ahrens

Invocation:  Christian Smith (even with his pained walk)

I have only just a minute

I have only just a minute,
Only sixty seconds in it.

Forced upon me, can’t refuse it.

Didn’t seek it, didn’t choose it.

But it’s up to me

to use it.

I must suffer if I lose it.

Give account if I abuse it.

Just a tiny little minute,

but eternity is in it.

Dr. Benjamin E. Mays

Singing/Song:  Andre Strydom, the accompanist for Emmanuel Episcopal Church and many other endeavors, sounds like he could do a good program, led us in Smile. This was just to get his feet wet and I am sure there will be more in coming weeks as he is with us
