PROGRAM

We had such a festive meeting!

Jeff Wynder paid a surprise visit to Ashley Whitney's house, to drop off her official Rotary President pin and other presidential swag. It was fun to watch the encounter play out on Zoom. (Ashley was trying to ignore Jeff's commotion...she thought she was receiving a package delivery.)

Then we enjoyed a lovely Paul Harris Fellowship presentation by Walt Byers, who bestowed the fellowship upon his friend and neighbor, Ken Winter. Many of you know Ken as the long-time publisher of the Petoskey News-Review and as a highly active participant in community life.

The rest of the meeting was dedicated to a general membership check-in. Each member was asked to speak about one positive thing that happened in 2020, and one thing they're looking forward to in 2021.

Next Week’s Program:  Centennial Committee/Centennial Plans; Ashley Whitney

Parting Shots:  Howard Richards closed with 1946 or 47 Benny Bell “Jack of all Trades.” Pretty racy for 1946 or 47!
