Rotary Swag:  Rotary Club of Petoskey has worked with Carter's Imagewear in offering t-shirts, polo's, etc. with our logo on them.
The Rotary Club of Petoskey "online store" is now ready! Check it out...I want like, one of everything!!!

Here's how it works:

Members shop for what they want on this website.
They can pick up their order from Carter's about 2 weeks after they purchased it. It will not be shipped to their homes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL because of the custom embroidery

Carter's feels that most of their products run true-to-size. They also have size charts for each item, if someone is unsure of what size to order.

The store is available from now through Sunday, November 17th. All orders will be available for pickup at Carter's starting Tuesday, December 3. To order items click here for the: Link

Crooked Tree Arts Center:  Liz Ahrens talked about a rocking country show being put on by Alan Turner on November 1, 2019 from 7:30 – 9:00 pm. For tickets you can click; Here

District Governor Announcements:  Dave Thomas let us know last week about the Marine Corps League which is starting its Toys for Tots collection. The box will be available before and after meetings

The Burlap and Lace Foundation Gala will be held November 9 at the Park Place Hotel in Traverse City. Chris Etienne and Dennis are going. Tickets are available online at: Link

Pedaling for Polio:  John Scholten finished his Pedal for Polio ride yesterday, touching his bicycle tire into the Atlantic Ocean at Myrtle Beach. He did all 3,400 miles and the check to the foundation for polio eradication will be forthcoming

Program:  Andi Shepherd, Emmet County Department of Public Works

Andi Shepherd was our speaker today and she spoke about Emmet County Recycling which has not taken in any tax dollars since 1991 as they are completely self-sufficient. For further information on the excellent services offered by this fine organization you can check out their website: Here
